Also referred to as “noise reduction” gaskets, A.J. Rubber & Sponge Ltd.’s acoustic foam gaskets are commonly grouped as class “O”, and are easily produced in plain and pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) backed formats (single or double sided). As with all of our custom sponge and foam gaskets and seals, our acoustic foam gaskets have many uses in a variety of commercial and industrial environments, most typically those where noise reduction, vibration control and/or thermal insulation are necessary (ie. the automotive industry). The thickness of our acoustic foam gaskets ranges from:

• 1mm up to 100mm thick - without lamination or pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA)
• Greater than 100mm - with lamination or pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA)
